My Routine Challenges

Acquiring a new habit is no easy task. The time it takes to integrate it also varies depending on its difficulty. Above all, we need motivation to complete this challenge!

How it works:

My Routine Challenge lasts 21 days during which your child can focus on learning a new habit .

Place a sticker when your child completes their Activity to be acquired at the time you have chosen. You can associate it with an already established habit , this will make it easier to implement!

If you have a clock, you can indicate the time of the challenge on it :-)

Holding 21 consecutive days is a long time, so award Jokers if there are a few holes on your board.

The origin of the 21 days:

The concept of habit formation in 21 days comes from a 1960 publication by an American surgeon who observed how his patients adjusted to their new faces after cosmetic surgery. Other studies show that this time varies, often longer.

For our young children, 21 consecutive days already seems like an eternity, but it's a wonderful challenge.
